- Each product sold on Nabia.in is a quality product. However, if you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for a return or replacement. We will review the case and assist you with best solution that the product is returned:
- Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- If customers return or exchange the product they will be charged the delivery and reverse pickup costs.
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Customized products cannot be returned/exchanged. So please ensure the size chart as per body measurement before purchasing.
- Any item that has been worn or washed.

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.
