• If a product is returned, delivery and reverse pickup costs will be borne by the customer.
• If you receive a wrong, missing, or defective item, you will not bear any additional costs. However, you must initiate a complaint within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Complaints submitted after this timeframe will not be entertained.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Products returned without all original packaging and other items included at the time of delivery.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items that have been worn or washed.
• Products purchased during clearance.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-4 working days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
• Delivery and reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the paid amount.
