Shipping & Return

Shipping Information:

We have dedicated significant effort to ensure prompt delivery of our items to customers. We provide free shipping nationwide across India.

Delivery Time: 4-5 business days

Return:

• If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it anytime before we send it. Please mail us at info@nabia.in  to cancel an order
• Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
• Delivery and Reverse pickups cost will be charged to the customer

Refund:

• Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse. 

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
• Customized products can not be returned/exchanged. So please ensure the size chart as per body measurement before purchasing.
•  Any item that has been worn or washed.
